Jeff Stahl – General Manager
Jeff Stahl has been the General Manager at this hotel for the past 23 years. Jeff has been responsible for the hotel’s management and operations including sales, marketing, finance and Human Resource. Jeff is Host certified for Choice Hotel International.
Jeff has been working with the current ownership for the renovations of the Quality Inn® which will become the main focal point of all weddings, banquets, corporate meetings, and convention business in the Allegheny Valley area.
Prior to coming to New Kensington, Jeff was the General Manager of the Days Inn in Clarion, Pa and the Days Inn in Warren, Michigan. Jeff spent time in the late 1980’s working for Crown America Corporation as the Food and Beverage Manager at the Holiday Inn Uniontown, Pa and the Sheraton in York, Pa.
Jeff earned a BS in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania after graduating from Mt Pleasant Area High School in Mt Pleasant, Pa.
Chef Joe – Food and Beverage Manager
Cooking since 1975, Joe is a certified executive chef through the American Culinary Federation. He is a member of the Laurel Highlands chapters of the American Culinary Federation. He was employed at the Quality Inn Butler for several months to train, then transferred to New Kensington Quality Inn as executive chef.
Chef Joe has been employed at hotel for 30 years. Since July, he has been the Sales & Catering Director as well as Food & Beverage Manager. He prepares banquets for 25 up to 800 guest.
